Elizabeth House is a centre for the COMMUNITY.
Due to the current situation we are not open to the public and many of our activities have been suspended.
However, Elizabeth House launched a Food Hub to support vulnerable and isolated people in our community. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Elizabeth House responded immediately by using food donations to distribute food parcels and have delivered over 500 parcels and supported 250 people in Islington over the first 6 weeks, working with over 30 local volunteers.
Food distribution – Every Wednesday, with the help of amazing community volunteers, we prepare food and care parcels which are distributed to people living in Highbury, Blackstock Road area, Finsbury Park, Drayton Park, Holloway Road areas.
If you are in a desperate situation or know someone who is, please contact We Are Islington line on 020 7527 8222 to apply to the Resident Support scheme.
