Live stream – Yoga & Mindfulness classes for all


A yoga practice for those who wish to exercise gently and relax deeply. The emphasis is on the breathing and the exploration of the bodily sensations.
Open to all, from beginners to more experienced students.
You do not need any special equipment, a yoga mat if you have one or a towel will do the job. During the final relaxation you may also use a pillow and a blanket.
We will be using Zoom, a free online video platform. Please visit their website ( and sign up for an account. On the day of the yoga class, you’ll receive an invitation email with a link to join the session.
