Live stream chair yoga for over 50’s
Thursdays 10.15 to 11 am
A gentle Chair Yoga & Mindfulness practice for senior people who wish to move and breathe in a gentle way.
The class is taught using a chair and makes yoga accessible to anyone.
The body will be honoured no matter what its physical challenges or limitations.
The class will include simple movements, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation.
All you need to practice is a chair to sit and comfortable clothing.
