Islington Council’s FREE online courses for parents, carers and teenagers
These courses don’t lecture, they explain psychological and neuroscience in jargon free bite sized chunks. Highly recommended for all! You can access these course at any point once you’ve signed up for them.
There are following courses to choose from:
- ‘Understanding your child’ 0-19 years (main course)
- ‘Understanding your teenager’s brain’ (short course for parent/carers)
- Understanding your teenagers brain (short course for teenagers to do)
- Understanding your child with additional needs
- Understanding your pregnancy birth labour and your baby
- Understanding your baby
