Booking your child for the first time?
The Holiday Playscheme is for children from Reception to Year 9. Our Ofsted registration number is EY489588.
All those wishing to book for any Holiday Playscheme will need to fill in a registration form before booking:
CHILDCARE REGISTRATION FORM 2023 and send it to childrensactivities@elizabeth-house.org.uk
your child has SEND, you will be required to complete this Childcare Registration Form SEND_2023 to ensure that we can fully support your child during the Playscheme.
Your child(ren) will then need to be assessed by booking a pre-visit to Elizabeth House. Without the assessment your child(ren) will not be booked.
Elizabeth House can only take a limited number of children with SEND. This is due staffing ratio’s and ensuring all children are safely supported.
The current price for a child attending is £20 a day or £100 a week.
The concession price for those receiving universal credit or DWP support is £10 a day, or £50.00 a week (proof must be provided).

Lunch Bunch programme (formerly known as Holiday Activity and Food programme – HAF)
As a part of Islington’s Holiday Activity and Food programme, Elizabeth House will endeavour to run a Lunch Bunch programme during all major holidays (Christmas, Easter and Summer).
Islington’s Lunch Bunch programme provides free activities and food for children from Reception age to Year 11 (4 years – 14 years) who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals (FSM). Other eligible children include:
- children assessed by the local authority as being in need, at risk or vulnerable, including children with social workers (on Children in Need (CIN) or Child Protection (CP) plans) or family support workers and young carers
- looked-after children or previously looked after children
- children with an EHC plan (Education, Health and Care plan). If your child requires 1:1 support, please contact your social/family worker. Parents of children with SEND or EHC plans must contact us before booking. We have limited places available and need to ensure we can support your child’s needs.
If you are booking via Lunch Bunch/HAF, bookings open on 20 June 2023, 6pm via this link www.islington.gov.uk/lunchbunch
